We encourage our United Kingdom customers to use our free returns policy on orders over £100 to order two sizes and refund the unwanted size for a free refund. Jumpers can be placed on top of the giftees clothing to see if the fit is right.

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of arrival to the date of return shipping. For items outside of this window we will only offer an exchange as long as the returned item is fit for retail, and with all original tags in place.
